JERUSALEM, January 29, 2025 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces demolished Al-Taqwa prayer hall in the village of Sur Baher, south of the city of Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the occupation municipality crews, accompanied by police officers, stormed the village of Sur Baher, surrounded a building, then raided the upper floor where Al-Taqwa prayer hall was located, and demolished it.
The Jerusalem Governorate report monitored that during the year 2024, the number of demolitions and bulldozing operations in the Jerusalem Governorate reached (380) demolitions and bulldozing operations, including: (92 forced self-demolition operations) and (259 demolitions carried out by occupation vehicles), in addition to 29 bulldozing operations.
