JERICHO, January 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Colonists continued on Monday the opening of a colonial road west of the Ras 'Ein al 'Auja Bedouin community, north of Jericho, according to a local official.

Hasan Mleihat, head of the al-Baydar Association for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that colonists continued today the construction of a colonial road aimed at linking illegal colonies in the area.

The road stretches to connect the nearby colonies surrounding the community to another colonial outpost located on the neighboring hills.

He pointed out that this expansion threatens further colonization at the expense of Palestinian land.
