JERUSALEM, January, 27, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Monday tightened their repressive measures in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces tightened inspection procedures at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, especially Bab Al-Qattanin, after thousands of the Palestinian people from Jerusalem and the 1948 territories flocked to commemorate the Isra and Mi'raj holiday in Al-Aqsa.
The sources added that the occupation soldiers detained several young men in the Bab Al-Amoud area and the surroundings of the Old City.
Meanwhile, a group of extremist Israeli colonists performed Talmudic and provocative rituals at Bab Al-Hadid.
