JENIN, January 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, located south of Jenin, early this Friday morning, surrounding a house during their onslaught.

Local sources reported that Israeli military vehicles stormed the town, and soldiers proceeded to besiege a house, ordering the occupants to exit. As the situation escalated, Israeli forces launched rocket-fired shells towards the targeted residence.

Violent confrontations broke out in the town between the Israeli forces and local residents. Additionally, military reinforcements were deployed to the town, and an Israeli helicopter and reconnaissance drones were seen flying overhead.

The raid is part of a broader Israeli military assault in the northern West Bank that has been going on for four days, with the Jenin refugee camp being at the center of the deadly Israeli offensive.
