Jerusalem, 20-1-2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces bulldozed dirt roads near the Jaba' military checkpoint, northwest of Jerusalem, on Monday evening, resulting in severe traffic congestion.

WAFA correspondent reported that the bulldozing operations took place on dirt roads within the village of Jaba', which Palestinian residents have been utilizing due to the stringent military procedures enforced at the checkpoint.

The Jaba' military checkpoint functions as the principal gateway connecting the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate to Jerusalem, Jericho and the southern regions of the West Bank.

Israeli forces installed an iron gate on Jaba' Street two days ago, adding to an existing one that has been in place for over a year.
