QALQILIA, Thursday, August 1, 2024 (WAFA) – A young man was injured by Israeli gunfire today during an incursion by Israeli occupation forces into the downtown area of Qalqilya, north of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that the incursion involved heavy use of live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas by the Israeli occupation forces, resulting in a young man sustaining a gunshot injury.
Additionally, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its teams transported a 9-year-old boy to the hospital after he was struck by an Israeli military jeep during the raid.
