RAMALLAH, Wednesday, March 22, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy to clear and mild in daytime and partly cloudy and cold in nighttime with a significant rise in temperature, which becomes seasonal, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 12°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 16°C and a low of 11°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is set to slightly rise, paving the way to partly cloudy to cloudy and mild to warm conditions in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime.

An additional rise in temperature is expected on Friday, approaching 2°C above the seasonal average and paving the way to mostly cloudy and warm conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime.

Saturday’s temperature is set to plummet, paving the way to partly cloudy to cloudy and rainy conditions. Sporadic rain showers are expected accompanied with occasional thunderstorms.
