He told WAFA that the Israeli authorities plan to distribute the prisoners across several jails, take over their personal belongings, and empty the prison.
He said the prisoners are on alert as the Israeli administration has called up large military reinforcements to the prison amid wide opposition from the prisoners.
WAFA received a copy of a letter from the prisoners in Naqab prison stating that Israeli forces raided their cells on Friday and informed them of its decision to close the jail.
