TEL AVIV, October 18, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit arrived Tuesday in Tel Nof, an Israeli air force base, coming from Egypt after he was released within the prisoners exchange deal.
Shalit will be examined by doctors before he meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Security Minister Ehud Barak and later on with his family.
Netanyahu met with Shalit’s family earlier and expressed happiness over his release.
