RAMALLAH, July 28, 2011 (WAFA) - Palestinian prisoners Hazza El Saadi and Othman Bani Hussan from Jenin, in the northern West Bank, have entered their 27th year in Israeli prison.
Palestinian Prisoners Club (PPC) praised the two prisoners on their resistance against the Israeli occupation and its arbitrary practices for more than a quarter of a century.
El-Saadi was arrested in 1985, at 17 years of age, and is serving a life term.
Bani Hassan was also arrested in 1985 after Israeli soldiers raided his house and destroyed its contents. He spent months in isolation and being moved from one prison to another, then was sentenced to two life terms.
