RAMALLAH, October 25, 2009 (WAFA)- Palestinian Central Bureau Of Statistics (PCBS) reported that Road Cost Index (RCI) Increased by 0.11% in the West Bank - Excluding those parts of Jerusalem which were annexed by Israel in 1967- in September 2009 Compared with the Previous Month.
PCBS said The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) reached
PCBS Analyzed Road Cost developments for September indicates an increase in the cost of the following major groups: Electric wires and cables by + 1.73%; Quarries and quarrying products by+0.56%;Othermetals by +0.55%;Road Paints by +40% Cement + 0.20%.
On the other hand, there was a decrease in the cost of the following major groups: Iron and steel by - 0.38%; Plastic products - 0.34%, PCBS said.
