BEIRUT, April 24, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll due to the Israeli aggression on Lebanon rose to 2,491 civilians, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.
The Ministry announced that it has recorded 2,491 deaths and 7,719 injuries due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2, 2026.
