Israeli colonists torch two vehicles near Nablus

NABLUS, April 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Friday torched two Palestinian-owned vehicles in the Qusra town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to an activist.

Abdul-Adhim Wadi said that colonists descended upon the southern part of the town, setting two cars on fire and attacking chicken farms and livestock barns.

He added that the town inhabitants attempted to fend off the attack, triggering confrontations.

Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law.
