Shimon Peres Calls for Reoccupying Gaza Strip
JERUSALEM, April 08, 2008 (WAFA)- President of Israel Shimon Peres called for reoccupying Gaza Strip again as an attempt to cease rockets fire from Gaza Strip towards the Israeli towns.
This came during meeting the European ambassadors to Israel in Jerusalem. As for the peace process with the Palestinians, Peres said that the differences between either sides are few, adding that a possible Israeli withdrawal from the Golan Heights will bring it under Iran's authority.
"Syria must decide to which camp it belongs and whether it will continue to stand by the side of Iran and Hizbullah ", Peres added.
