World Donors to Strengthen Palestinian Economy
JERUSALEM, April 08, 2008 (WAFA)- A UN official in Jerusalem said on Tuesday that International aid donors are looking to breathe fresh life into the Palestinian economy when they meet Palestinian officials and Israeli government officials in London next month.
He added that the May 2 London session would be of special significance in light of a special conference in Paris last December, where donors pledged $7.4 billion over three years to the Palestinian National Authority.
