RAMALLAH, March 18, 2008, (WAFA)- Head of the Palestinian negotiators Ahmed Qurea asserted late on Monday an informal meeting was held with Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni protesting the remarks made by Israeli Premier Ehud Olmert in which he declared the resumption of settlement in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Qurea briefed Livni about the furiousness of the Palestinian side ahead the said remarks saying "we utterly refuse installing even if one single settlement room on the Palestinian territories whether in the West Bank or the East Jerusalem as it is a vicious violation for Israeli commitment toward the Road Map and the US backed international summit of Annapolis".
