President Holds Talks with Egypt's Mubarak
CAIRO, December 27, 2006 (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas held Wednesday morning in Cairo talks with the Egyptian President Husni Mubarak.
The President updated Mr. Mubarak on the latest developments in the Palestinian arena and the outcomes of his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister as well as the exerted efforts to form a national unity government.
The two Presidents exchanged views on issues of common interest, the priority of which is to strengthen bilateral ties.
The meeting was attended by, PLC Member, Mohammed Dahlan, Presidency Spokesperson, Nabil Abu Rdaina and Palestinian Ambassador to Egypt, Munzer ad-Dajani.
It also was attended by Egyptian Intelligence Chief Omar Suleiman and the Egyptian Presidency Spokesperson Awwad Zaki.
