TUBAS, April 28, 2004, (WAFA) – One Palestinian citizen was arrested Wednesday by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) in the West Bank city of Tubas, Palestinian security sources and witnesses said.... The sources said that Sbeih M. Sbeih, from the village of Tayaseer, was arrested Wednesday morning by Israeli troops.... Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli soldiers arrested Sbeih while he was heading to his work in Nablus City.... "Israeli soldiers detained tens of workers and provocatively searched them, they also detained Sbeih and led him to an undisclosed place," witness said.... Earlier on Wednesday, IOF stormed the town of Tubas and arrested two citizens. Witnesses said Israeli soldiers conducted a house-to-house search campaign, arresting Saleh Abu Mohsen 18, and his brother Samir 19.... .
