RAMALLAH, Thursday, June 25, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and mild to relatively hot conditions in daytime with no change in temperature which remains a bit lower than its seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Mainly clear and relatively cold to mild conditions are expected in nighttime. Light to moderate northwesterly wind blows with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 25°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 36°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Friday’s temperature is set to rise and approach 2°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mainly clear and relatively hot conditions in mountainous districts, and very hot conditions in the Jordan Valley. Mild conditions are expected in the evening and nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
An additional rise in temperature is expected on Saturday, paving the way to clear and hot to very hot conditions in daytime and mild conditions in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
Mainly clear and hot to very hot conditions are expected on Sunday with steady temperature.
