Colonists damage crops, greenhouses and property in ad-Duyuk at-Tahta west of Jericho

JERICHO, November 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists on Friday evening damaged agricultural crops, greenhouses, and Palestinian property in the village of ad-Duyuk al-Tahta, west of Jerichom according to a local resident.

Resident Mustafa Fheidat told WAFA that colonists, who had seized several homes in the village days earlier, raided Palestinian agricultural lands carrying tools for vandalism and accompanied by their sheep. They destroyed crops, tore greenhouse covers, and vandalized several properties.

He added that the attacks affected dozens of dunums of cultivated land belonging to several Palestinian families in the village. He estimated the damage at hundreds of thousands of shekels.

He explained that the colonists barred landowners from accessing their properties, including vital water reservoirs, and systematically destroyed crops of cucumbers, eggplants, cauliflower, cabbage, and zucchini.
