RAMALLAH, Wednesday, June 24, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and mild to relatively hot conditions in daytime with a drop in temperature which becomes seasonal, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Mainly clear ad relatively cold to mild conditions are expected in nighttime. Light to moderate northwesterly blows with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 26°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partially cloudy to clear and mild to relatively hot conditions in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in nighttime.

Friday’s temperature is set to rise and approach 2°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mainly clear and relatively hot conditions in mountainous districts, and very hot conditions in the Jordan Valley. Mild conditions are expected in the evening and nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.

An additional rise in temperature is expected on Saturday, paving the way to clear and hot to very hot conditions in daytime and mild conditions in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
