RAMALLAH, Tuesday, March 31, 2020 (WAFA) – A rise in temperature is expected today with partially cloudy skies, dusty conditions and a slight chance of scattered rain on some district, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Moderate southeasterly wind, which becomes active, southwesterly and gusty at night and high sea waves are expected.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 22°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 18°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A significant drop in temperature is expected for Wednesday as weather becomes cold with a chance of scattered rain on most areas, especially in the north.

A rise in temperature is expected for Thursday but weather remains cold and slight chance of rain on the northern districts.

Another rise in temperature is expected for Friday with moderate conditions prevailing.

The PMD warns of low temperature on Wednesday and low horizontal visibility.
