WASHINGTON, April 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Oil prices recorded a sharp rise at settlement on Friday amid growing concerns over supply disruptions linked to the ongoing war in the Middle East.
Futures for Brent Crude climbed by $7.87, or 7.78 percent, to settle at $109.03 per barrel.
Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures surged by $11.42, or 11.41 percent, reaching $111.54 per barrel.
