RAMALLAH, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and relatively cold in daytime and cold in nighttime with a slight rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

There is a chance of scattered rainfall on some districts. Moderate to active westerly wind will prevail in daytime, and turns to southwesterly to southeasterly in nighttime. Sea waves are medium to low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 12°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is set to significantly rise, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and moderate conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime.

No significant change is expected in the weather conditions on Friday.

Saturday’s temperature is expected to plummet, paving the way to mostly cloudy and cold conditions in daytime and very cold conditions in nighttime. Scattered rain showers are expected on most districts.
