RAMALLAH, Thursday, February 13, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is mostly clear and slightly cold to mild in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime with another significant rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate southwesterly to southeasterly winds will prevail. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 16°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 15°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Friday’s temperature is set to slightly drop with partly cloudy and mild to relatively cold conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime.

PMD expects a rise in temperature on Saturday with partly cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime and relatively cold to cold conditions in nighttime.

Sunday’s temperature is set to significantly drop, paving the way to mostly cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions. Scattered rain showers, which could be torrential, along with occasional thunderstorm, are expected on most districts.
