RAMALLAH, Thursday, January 30, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is mostly cloudy and relatively cold to cold in daytime and cold to very cold in nighttime with a slight rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A slight chance of scattered rain is expected. Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to active in daytime and becomes light to moderate in nighttime. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 12°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A drop in temperature is expected on Friday with partially cloudy and cold to very cold conditions with a chance of scattered rain showers and possibly thunderstorms.

No change in temperature is expected for Saturday, with a rise expected for Sunday with partially cloudy to cloudy skies and a slight chance of scattered rain on some districts.
