RAMALLAH, Sunday, December 22, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold with no change in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate and occasionally active. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 16°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

No change in temperature or weather conditions is expected Monday.

However, a drop in temperature is expected on Tuesday as the region becomes affected in the night by a low pressure that is expected to bring rain and thunderstorms starting in the north and to later spread to the rest of the country.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected also for Wednesday together with a slight drop in temperature.
