RAMALLAH, Friday, December 13, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy and cold in all districts with a drop in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected, particularly in the north. Moderate to strong southwesterly to westerly winds will prevail. Sea waves are medium to high.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 12°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 11°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s weather is partly cloudy and cold with a slight rise in temperature. A slight chance of isolated rain remains in the north.

Sunday’s temperature is set to slightly rise with partly cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions. A slight chance is expected for light rainfall with isolated thunderstorms, particularly in the north. Winds will pick up.

Monday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partly cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions. A slight chance is expected for light rainfall on some districts.

PMD warns people against strong winds, low visibility and slippery roads.
