Israeli police bans TV interview of PA minister in Jerusalem

JERUSALEM, November 29, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli police prevented today the Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Fadi al-Hidmi, from conducting an interview with Palestine TV and briefly detained him.

Al-Hidmi said in a press statement that Israeli police broke into the location where the interview was supposed to be carried out in the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of the Mount of Olives. He and other staff of the ministry were briefly detained by the police, and were shortly later told to leave the scene.

Israeli occupation forces earlier this month detained the Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Fadi al-Hidmi, and was released a few hours later.
