AMMAN, Monday, November 18, 2019 (WAFA) – Jordan‘s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi warned today of the dangers of the change in the US position on the illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.
He stressed that the Israeli settlements in occupied Palestine are a violation of international law and United Nations resolutions, as well as a move that kills the two-state solution and undermines chances of achieving comprehensive peace.
The position of Jordan in condemning the settlements is firm, he added in a tweet, warning of the peril of the change in the US position on settlements and its repercussion on efforts to achieve peace.
