RAMALLAH, Tuesday, 12 November 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and unseasonably hot and dry in daytime and pleasant in nighttime with temperature 6°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Strong to moderate, northeasterly to southeasterly winds are expected to prevail. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Wednesday’s temperature is set to slightly rise and approach 7°C above the seasonal average with unseasonably hot to extremely hot and dry conditions and strong easterly winds.

PMD expects partially cloudy and unseasonably hot conditions to prevail on Thursday with a slight drop in temperature and a chance of isolated rain.

Temperature is expected to significantly drop on Friday as skies are expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy. A chance of scattered rain showers is expected.
