GAZA, Tuesday, October 23, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian minor succumbed to his critical wounds after he was shot and injured with live ammunition fired by Israeli forces towards dozens of Palestinians who rallied near the borders with Israel to the east of Deir al-Balah area, in central Gaza Strip, said sources.

Israeli soldiers stationed along Gaza borders opened their live fire towards demonstrators as they allegedly approached the barbed-wire fence between Gaza and Israel, shooting and injuring 17-year-old Montaser al-baz in the head with live fire which necessitated his transfer to hospital for medical treatment.

Al-Baz was taken to Dar al-Shifa hospital to the west of Gaza city, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
