HEBRON, May 1, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces on Friday seized a plot of land in the village of Kharsa, while Israeli colonists set fire to a vehicle and an excavator in Masafer Yatta, both located in the southern West Bank province of Hebron, according to local sources.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces issued a military order to confiscate and take control of land opposite a military tower erected at the junction of Kharsa village, which belongs to the al-Shahatit family.
In Masafer Yatta, activist Osama Makhmareh said that colonists from the Susiya settlement attacked local Palestinian citizen Ahmed al-Da’ajna with stones and burned his vehicle and an excavator after forcibly preventing him from reaching and working on his under-construction home in Wadi al-Rakheem hamlet in the region.
