ISTANBUL, Monday, September 30, 2019 (WAFA) - Hala al-Qadi won a gold medal for Palestine at the Istanbul Karate Open with the participation of nearly 1,200 athletes representing 40 countries from around the world.
Qadi won the gold medal after defeating her competitors from Greece, Norway, Tunisia and Turkey, while the team was not lucky in the group competition after losing the bronze medal to the Philippines.
