Palestinians, including students, suffocate in Ramallah-area clashes

RAMALLAH, October 10, 2018 (WAFA) – Several suffocation cases Wednesday were reported among Palestinians, including school students and women, during clashes that broke out with Israeli forces in the village of Kufr Nemeh, west of Ramallah governorate, said local sources.

Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Kufr Nemeh amid the heavy firing of tear gas canisters toward the village school and medical clinic, provoking residents and leading to clashes.

Many Palestinians, including students and women, were treated for tear gas exposure.

Meanwhile, clashes also erupted  in the town of Abu Qash, north of Ramallah. However, no injuries were reported.
