JERUSALEM, August 19, 2018 (WAFA) – The Israeli magistrate court of Jerusalem ruled on Saturday evening to release three Palestinian youth from Umm al-Fahm, an Arab city in Israel, on condition that they serve a one-week house arrest.
The three youth were arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting slain Ahmad Mahamid, another citizen of Umm al-Fahm who was shot dead by Israeli police after he attempted to stab a police officer outside Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem.
The three are scheduled to be released on Sunday afternoon before being placed under house arrest.
