Israeli forces open fire at farmers and fishermen in Gaza

 

GAZA, March 17, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday opened fire at Palestinian farmers and shepherds to the east of the city of Gaza and fishermen in the northern Gaza sea, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that Israeli forces stationed at the vicinity of Malaka military site opened fire toward agricultural lands, forcing shepherds and farmers to leave the site.

Farmers in al-Fukhariya area were also target by Israeli soldiers.

No casualties were reported in both incidents.

Meanwhile, Israeli navy targeted fishermen and their boats that were sailing within four nautical miles in the al-Sudaniya area, to the northwest of the city.

Damages were caused to the boats and fishermen were forced to leave the area in fear of getting shot.

No casualties were reported, however.
