RAMALLAH, February 25, 2018 (WAFA) – The Israeli ministerial committee for legislation Sunday approved a bill barring Palestinians from appealing directly, particularly with regard to settlements constructed on private Palestinian land, to the Israeli Supreme Court.
The bill, pushed by Israeli Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, would transfer some cases from the High Court to the Jerusalem District Court.
