Man injured by Israeli army near Qalqilia

 

QALQILIA, February 24, 2018 (WAFA) – A young man was injured on Saturday when he was shot by with rubber-coated steel rounds by Israeli army during clashes in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, to the east of Qalqilia city in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Morad Shtewi, coordinator of the non-violent resistance in the village, said Israeli army fired live shots and steel rounds at protesters who were demonstrating against the United States‘ decision to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, injuring at least one of them with a steel round.
