Israeli settlers uproot olive trees near Nablus

 

NABLUS, January 31, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli Jewish settlers Wednesday uprooted about 100 olive trees in the village of Yasuf, south of the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, local sources said.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlement activities in the northern West Bank, said that Jewish settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Rehelim uprooted about 100 olive trees belonging to Mohammad Saleh Jazi, a Palestinian citizen from Yasuf.

He noted to an increasing escalation of attacks by Jewish settlers against Palestinians and their properties in recent weeks.
