RAMALLAH, December 13, 2017 (WAFA) – For the seventh day in a row, Palestinians protesting US decision recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital clashed on Wednesday with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank.
Reports from Ramallah said Palestinians clashed with soldiers at the northern entrance to the city, known as the DCO.
Clashes were also reported at Bethlehem’s northern entrance.
In both cases, soldiers showered the protesters with tear gas and fired rubber-coated metal bullets at them causing several cases of light injuries that were treated at the location.
Journalists covering the events also suffered from tear gas inhalation as soldiers fired volleys of tear gas directly at them.
