Weather: Temperature slightly lower than annual average

 

RAMALLAH, October 12, 2017 (WAFA) – Skies on Thursday are partially cloudy to clear as temperature remains slightly below its annual average for this time of the year, said the Palestine Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low to medium height.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Ramallah is expected to reach a high of 24 degrees Celsius during the day on Thursday and 15 degrees Celsius during the night. In the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 34 degrees and a low of 22 degrees Celsius. In Gaza, a high is expected to reach 27 degrees Celsius and a low of 19 degrees.

Fridays’ weather is expected to remain partially cloudy to clear with no change in temperature, which remains below its annual average.

Partially cloudy to clear skies continue to prevail for Saturday and Sunday. Temperature is expected to drop to become three degrees Celsius lower than annual average.
