RAMALLAH, January 5, 2017 (WAFA) – The weather on Thursday is partially cloudy to clear with a slight rise in temperature approaching two degrees Celsius above the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD.)

Winds are southeasterly to easterly, light to moderate and sea waves are low.

The PMD also predicted that the weather on Friday is expected to be partially cloudy to clear with yet another rise in temperature approaching four degrees Celsius above the annual average. Winds are expected to be southeasterly to easterly, light to moderate while sea waves are expected to be low.

Clear weather with a significant drop in temperature approaching around annual average is expected to prevail on Saturday. Wind is expected to be southwesterly to westerly, moderate to active and sea waves are expected to be moderate to high.

Another significant drop in temperature approaching four degrees Celsius lower than the annual average is expected on Sunday. The weather is to be partially cloudy to cold and scattered rain showers are expected during the evening and night especially on the northern areas. Winds are southwesterly moderate to active while sea waves are moderate to high.
