RAMALLAH, December 19, 2016 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday is partially cloudy and cold as temperature further drops, with a chance of scattered rain showers over most areas accompanied with occasional thunderstorms, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.

Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low to medium.

A slight rise in temperature is expected on Tuesday yet remaining below the seasonal average by almost 3 degrees Celsius.

Temperature is anticipated to continue to rise on Wednesday, however it remains slightly below the annual average.

The weather department warned against frost formation and low horizontal visibility on Monday on Tuesday morning.
