Israeli Forces Detain Four Palestinians, Summon Another from Southern West Bank

HEBRON, August 13, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday detained four Palestinians and summoned another during raids into Hebron and Bethlehem districts in the southern West Bank, said security sources.

Forces detained three Palestinians after storming and ransacking their houses in Sair town, east of Hebron.

The detainees were identified as Abdul-Hadi Shalalda, Wahid Shalalda and Munadel Shalalda.

Forces also handcuffed and detained Khalil al-Ja‘bari, 27, from Hebron city.

Meanwhile, forces summoned a Palestinian during a raid into Bethlehem city.

‘Ala Awwad was handed a notice ordering him to appear before intelligence in the Gush Etzion detention and interrogation center.

This came as ten other Palestinians were detained Saturday overnight during large-scale raids across Jerusalem.
