Weather Forecast: Drop in Temperatures

RAMALLAH, June 5, 2016 (WAFA) – Hot and dry weather is expected on Sunday, as temperatures are expected to slightly drop, yet remaining six degrees Celsius above the annual average, according to the Palestine Meteorological Department.

Winds are northwesterly to southwesterly light to moderate and active sometimes. Sea waves are low.

On Monday, generally clear skies with another significant drop in temperatures are predicted to prevail, staying a little bit higher than annual average.

Generally clear skies accompanied by a slight rise in temperatures are expected on Tuesday, becoming higher than annual average by around two degrees Celsius.

Temperatures are expected to significantly rise on Wednesday, approaching seven degrees Celsius above annual average.

The Palestine Meteorological Department warned against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight at the day peak hours between 11 am and 4 pm.
