HEBRON, May 28, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday detained two Palestinians from the southern West Bank district of Hebron, said security sources.
Forces detained Rami al-Juneidi, 33, after breaking into and ransacking his family house in Hebron city.
Another Palestinian was detained as he was attempting to cross al-Container military checkpoint, northeast of Bethlehem city.
The detainee was identified as Muhammad Id‘ies, 21, from Bani Na‘im town, east of Hebron.
This came a day after at least four Palestinians were detained and another summoned, mostly during raids into a number of West Bank districts.
In Jerusalem, Israeli police detained Muhammad Durbas during a dawn raid into the Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Issawiya.
Two other Palestinians were reportedly detained and summoned while they were in Jerusalem city.
Coordinator of the Anti-Wall and Settlement Committee Ahmad Khader said police detained Anas Mousa, 20, and handed Daoud Salah a notice to appear before intelligence. Both Mousa and Salah come from the Bethlehem town of al-Khader.
In Ramallah district, forces detained Mahmoud al-Najjar, 52, after storming and ransacking his house in Silwad town, east of Ramallah city, in the central West Bank.
Al-Najjar is a diabetic patient and the father of Mujahed and Abdul-Hamid, both already placed in Israeli detention.
Meanwhile, Israeli troops stationed on Allenby border crossing, also known as al-Karama, detained a Palestinian who was en route to Jordan.
The detainee was identified as Rami al-Sa‘di, 19, from the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
