PEX Report: Index Up by 17 Percent

RAMALLAH, May 23, 2016 (WAFA) - The ‘Al-Quds Index‘ of the Palestine Exchange closed Monday’s trading at 491.15 points, up by 0.85 points (0.17%) compared to Sunday’s trading session, according to the PEX daily report.

A Total of 142,352 shares were traded with a value of $208,193.73 executed during 70 transactions.

Shares of 10 companies were traded; share price increased in seven companies and decreased in two others.

Top five gainers are UCI by (3.13%), PEC by (2.75%), QUDS by (2.63%), APIC by (2.61%), and PIIC by (1%).

Meanwhile, the two decliners are ISBK by (-4.58%), and WATANIYA by (-1.15%).
