RAMALLAH, May 16, 2016 (WAFA)- Weather on Monday is abundantly sunny, very hot and dry and temperatures are anticipated to slightly rise, becoming 13 degrees Celsius above the seasonal average, according to the Palestine Meteorological Department.
Winds are northeasterly to southeasterly and slight to moderate. Sea waves are low.
The department warned people against direct sun exposure for long times, especially during peak hours between 11 AM to 4 PM as well as against setting fires to dry leaves and grass.
On Tuesday, partially cloudy and pleasant skies are expected to prevail and temperatures are anticipated to significantly drop, approaching four degrees Celsius higher than seasonal average.
Partially cloudy to clear skies are expected to prevail on Wednesday and Thursday, and temperatures are expected to drop further, approaching around two degrees Celsius below seasonal average.
