RAMALLAH, July 25, 2025 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its deep appreciation on Friday for the ongoing efforts of Egypt in supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

In a statement, the Ministry praised Egypt’s role at the forefront of efforts to halt Israel’s crimes of genocide, forced displacement, and annexation, as well as its commitment to ensuring the sustained entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry also commended Egypt’s active partnership with Qatar in mediating efforts to reach a ceasefire and de-escalate the Israeli aggression, paving the way for a political process aimed at resolving the conflict through peaceful means and enabling the State of Palestine to exercise its full political and legal authority over its entire territory.

The statement reaffirmed the strength and depth of the historic and genuine ties between the State of Palestine and Egypt at the level of leadership, government, and people.
